[Information Super-Highway Road Rage] According to Rex, about 50 new torrents have been released from what he calls "fake" trackers (~31 in total.) These trackers are seemingly part of an elaborate plot to infiltrate the BitTorrent community with intentionally corrupt files. These movie and film titles are specifically designed to report false information to trackers, thereby gaining artificially inflated popularity.

Bit Torrent raises $8.75 million
[Om Malik’s Broadband Blog] Finally there is confirmation of what I had earlier reported - BitTorrent , according to regulatory filing dated September 12, has raised $8.75 million in a Series A funding round led by DCM-Doll Capital Management. Money, I am sure will be used for offering legit services.

Watch Live TV via BitTorrent
[My Other Side of the Stories] Since PPLive use BitTorrent technology, it will automatically find different connection nodes and download stream data from the nearest location (nodes). The good thing is, stream data is buffering in the memory, not on the hard disk.
